So, while it’s important to consume a diet rich in fruits and vegetables to obtain natural antioxidants, taking supplements may not be the best way to obtain these important compounds. Instead, focusing on a healthy, balanced diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains is the best way to support overall health and well-being.
